DeFred “Fritz” Folts is a Co-founder, Managing Partner, Member of the Investment Committee, and Chief Investment Strategist at 3EDGE Asset Management, which was founded in 2016. He leads the firm alongside the same core group that previously established Windward Investment Management.

Prior to 3EDGE, Folts served as Chief Investment Strategist at Windhaven Investment Management. He was instrumental in the growth of Windward Investment Management, which expanded from $100 million to $4.
