Debbie Sterling is an American engineer, businesswoman, and entrepreneur, best known as the founder and CEO of GoldieBlox. Driven by the question of why fewer girls pursued engineering, Sterling founded GoldieBlox in 2011 with a mission to encourage more girls to engage in building and problem-solving through construction toys.
