Deborah Lehr holds multiple leadership positions, including Chair and CEO of Basilinna, a strategic advisory firm. She also serves as an Executive Director at The Paulson Institute and as Interim CEO of Meridian International Center.

Lehr is the Founder and Chair of The Antiquities Coalition. Additionally, she is a Senior Advisor to TPG Rise Climate, an investment firm focused on climate solutions.
