Deborah Fleischaker serves as a Senior Advisor on Immigration at UnidosUS, bringing over two decades of leadership, management, advocacy, and policy experience. Her expertise spans national security, immigration, privacy, law enforcement, criminal justice reform, and human and civil rights/liberties.

Prior to her current role, Fleischaker was a Biden Administration appointee, holding positions at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
