Dr. Deborah Elms is the Head of Trade Policy at the Hinrich Foundation in Singapore. She is also the Founder and former Executive Director of the Asian Trade Centre. Her expertise lies in international economics, with a focus on trade, economic development, and negotiations.

Dr. Elms works with both companies and governments to promote economic policies, negotiate trade arrangements, and effectively utilize trade agreements.
