Deborah Amos is an American journalist and author with a distinguished career spanning decades as an international correspondent for NPR. Her reporting focused extensively on the Middle East, covering significant events such as the aftermath of the Gulf War, the Arab Spring, and the collapse of Syria. She also served as a correspondent for ABC News.
Currently, Amos holds the position of Ferris Professor of Journalism in Residence at Princeton University.
