Biography

David Moinina Sengeh is a Sierra Leonean politician and biomechatronics engineer who currently serves as the Chief Minister of Sierra Leone, a position he was appointed to by President Julius Maada Bio in 2023. He also holds the role of Chief Innovation Officer for the Directorate of Science, Technology and Innovation. Prior to his appointment as Chief Minister, Sengeh served as the Minister of Basic and Senior Secondary Education.
