David Eby is a Canadian politician and lawyer who has served as the 37th Premier of British Columbia since November 18, 2022. He is also the leader of the British Columbia New Democratic Party (NDP) since October 21, 2022. Eby has represented Vancouver-Point Grey in the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia since 2013.
Eby began his legal career focusing on civil rights and social justice issues.
