David Kocieniewski is an American journalist known for his investigative reporting. He is a Pulitzer Prize winner for Explanatory Reporting. Currently, he serves as an Investigative Reporter at Bloomberg LP.

Prior to his role at Bloomberg, Kocieniewski worked as a reporter for The New York Times. During his tenure there, he held positions including Tax Reporter for Business Day and reporter for the Trenton Bureau.
