David Brulotte is the Delegate General of Québec in New York, where he leads Québec's primary representation in the United States. His responsibilities include promoting Québec's interests in sectors such as business, investment, government institutions, education, culture, and public affairs. This office, inaugurated in 1940, serves the Mid-Atlantic region, encompassing eight states.
Prior to his current role, Brulotte served as the Delegate General of Québec in Tokyo.
