David Sussillo is a neural reverse engineer and author. He currently serves as a Senior Staff Research Scientist / Senior Science Manager at Meta, where he focuses on machine learning for neuromotor interfaces at Meta Reality Labs. Sussillo is also an Adjunct Professor of Electrical Engineering at Stanford University, where his work includes NeuroAI.

Prior to his role at Meta, Sussillo was a Senior Research Scientist at Google.
