David Soria Parra is a Member of Technical Staff at Anthropic, an AI safety and research company. He is also the co-creator of the Model Context Protocol (Modelcontextprotocol.io) and serves as a Sequoia Scout.

Prior to his current role, Soria Parra was a senior manager at Facebook, where he focused on static analysis and simulation-based testing. During his tenure, he was responsible for integrating acquisitions such as Oculus into Facebook's developer tooling infrastructure.
