Biography

David Marchick is an attorney, businessman, academic, and diplomat who currently serves as the Dean of American University's Kogod School of Business. Prior to this role, he spent twelve years as a Managing Director at The Carlyle Group, a prominent private equity firm. During his tenure, he was a member of the firm's management committee and contributed to its sustainability and diversity initiatives, as well as the team that successfully took Carlyle public.
