Neil David Levin was an American businessman and political figure. He served as the Executive Director of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey from April 2001 until his death during the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center later that year. In this role, he oversaw the agency responsible for the World Trade Center, various bridges, tunnels, airports, and seaports in the New York City area.
