David DeGraw is the Security Operations Manager for JEA, which is recognized as the eighth-largest community-owned electric utility in the United States and a major water and sewer utility serving northeast Florida. In this role, he is responsible for security operations and has been involved in implementing technology-based systems to enhance the overall security framework at JEA.
DeGraw is a certified Facility Security Officer (FSO) and holds the ASIS Board Certificated CPP designation.
