Biography

David Chang is an American celebrity chef, restaurateur, author, podcaster, and television personality, best known as the founder of the Momofuku restaurant group. After graduating from Trinity College with a degree in religious studies and pursuing various jobs, Chang enrolled in the French Culinary Institute in 2000.
