David J. Berri is a professor of economics at Southern Utah University, where he focuses on sports economics. He is the lead author of 'Slaying the Trolls' (2024), 'Stumbling on Wins' (2010), and 'The Wages of Wins' (2006). He also co-authored 'The Economics of The Super Bowl' (2020) and is the sole author of 'Sports Economics', a textbook published by Macmillan Learning, and 'The Last Hero's Lesson'.
