Biography

Dave Ulrich is the Rensis Likert Professor Emeritus at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, and a Co-Founder & Principal at The RBL Group, which he co-founded in 1999. He has significantly influenced the fields of human resources, leadership, and organizational theory through his extensive research, writing, and consulting. Ulrich has published over 30 books and more than 200 articles and book chapters, and has spoken to audiences in 90 countries.
