Biography

Darren Marble is an entrepreneur focused on expanding access to private market investments and capital formation. He founded CrowdfundX in 2015, pioneering direct-to-investor marketing using the Reg A+ securities exemption. His work included running some of the first retail investor marketing campaigns for companies listing on NASDAQ, NYSE, and OTC Markets.

Following CrowdfundX, Marble founded Issuance, which developed into a leading SaaS platform for Reg A+, Reg CF, and Reg D 506(c) offerings.
