Dan Porter is the CEO of Overtime, bringing a diverse background in education, entrepreneurship, and media to his current role. He began his career in education, working as a public school teacher and later in an educational non-profit. He was part of the first team to build Teach For America and eventually became its President. He also holds a Master's degree in 19th century Mexican history.

Transitioning into entrepreneurship, Porter founded and successfully sold two companies.
