Biography

Danny McCubbin is the founder of The Good Kitchen, established in 2021 in Mussomeli, Sicily, Italy. This project provides meals by utilizing surplus food and drawing on a strong Sicilian culture of preservation, generosity, and community. He is also a Guest Speaker at TEDX since 2024, focusing on how food, wellbeing, and community can drive positive change.

McCubbin began his career with chef and campaigner Jamie Oliver in 2003, working across digital, social media, and marketing platforms.
