Danny Makki is a non-resident scholar at the Middle East Institute, where he specializes in Syria. His academic background includes an M.A. in Middle East politics from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in London and a Bachelor’s in international relations from the University of Westminster.
Makki has also worked as a consultant for The Atlantic Magazine.
