Daniella Levine Cava is an American lawyer, social worker, and politician who has served as the Mayor of Miami-Dade County, Florida, since 2020. She was elected as the county's first-ever woman Mayor in November 2020 and was re-elected in 2024. In her role, she oversees a metropolitan government with nearly 30,000 employees, serving nearly 3 million residents, and manages an annual budget of approximately $10 billion.
