Daniel Sachs Goldman is an American politician and lawyer who has served as the U.S. Representative for New York's 10th congressional district since 2023. A member of the Democratic Party, he gained national prominence in 2019 as the lead majority counsel in the first impeachment inquiry against Donald Trump and subsequently as lead counsel to House Managers in Trump's impeachment trial.
