Daniel Boulud, a native of Lyon, France, is a distinguished chef and restaurateur who has been based in New York since 1982. He is the Chef-Owner of the Dinex Group, which encompasses 25 restaurants situated across various global cities including London, Singapore, Toronto, Montréal, Miami, Palm Beach, and Washington DC. His flagship establishment, DANIEL, located on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, is particularly renowned for its refined cuisine.
