Biography

Daniel Reed Crenshaw is an American politician and former United States Navy SEAL officer. He has served as the U.S. representative for Texas's 2nd congressional district since 2019 and is a member of the Republican Party. Prior to his election to Congress, Crenshaw worked as a military legislative assistant for U.S. Representative Pete Sessions.

Crenshaw served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy for ten years, reaching the rank of lieutenant commander.
