The company, which was publicly traded from 2019 to 2022, sells products such as electronic cigarettes, CBD oils, water bottles, and vodka. Bilzerian's father, Paul Bilzerian, was a corporate raider on Wall Street.

Bilzerian pursued a professional poker career, participating in the 2008 World Series of Poker Main Event where he finished 180th.
