Damien Tampling is currently involved in Agent Development for the APAC region at Sierra. Prior to this, he held the position of Global Chief Strategy Officer at Xero, where he was responsible for the company's global strategy, operations, corporate development, and partnership activities. His responsibilities at Xero also extended to the company's Ecosystem and App Store, Financial Services, Scheduling, time & attendance (Planday), and Payroll business units.
