Cynthia Richie Terrell is the founder and executive director of RepresentWomen, an organization dedicated to strengthening democratic representation. She is also a co-founder of FairVote, where she has spent more than three decades working on structural reforms to electoral systems.
Her work focuses on designing electoral systems that expand opportunity, increase fairness, and ensure political institutions reflect the communities they serve.
