Biography

Ciaran Martin is a leading global authority on cybersecurity, known for founding and serving as the first CEO of the UK's National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC). He currently holds the position of Professor of Practice in the Management of Public Organisations at Oxford University’s Blavatnik School of Government and is a fellow at Hertford College, Oxford. Since 2023, he has also served as President, CISO Network EMEA at SANS Institute.
