Cass Sunstein is an American legal scholar and the Robert Walmsley University Professor at Harvard Law School. He is recognized for his extensive work in U.S.
constitutional law, administrative law, environmental law, and behavioral economics. From 2009 to 2012, Sunstein served as the administrator of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs in the Obama administration, where he was at the forefront of behavioral economics applications in government.
