Crystal Rugege is an impact-driven leader working at the intersection of technology, policy, education, and innovation. She contributes to the Rwanda Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Rugege holds significant advisory and governance roles. She is a Member of the High-Level Advisory Council on AI & DPI at the Digital Impact Alliance and a Council Member of the Global Future Council on Data Frontiers at the World Economic Forum.
