Biography

R. Cromwell Coulson serves as the President, CEO, and a Director of OTC Markets Group, where he is responsible for the company's overall growth and strategic direction. Since acquiring OTC Markets' predecessor business in 1997, Mr. Coulson has significantly transformed the company from a privately-held publisher of broker-dealer quotations into a publicly-traded entity.
