Dr. Costa Samaras is the Director of Carnegie Mellon University’s Scott Institute for Energy Innovation. He holds the position of Trustee Professor in Carnegie Mellon’s Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, with affiliated faculty roles in the Department of Engineering and Public Policy, and by courtesy, a faculty member at CMU's Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy.
