Cooper Howard, CFA, serves as the Director of Fixed Income Research and Strategy for the Schwab Center for Financial Research at Charles Schwab. In this capacity, he is responsible for developing and articulating a clear perspective on fixed income markets, with a particular emphasis on the municipal bond market, for all Charles Schwab clients and advisors. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
