Nicholas Cox is the Founder and CEO of HighRidge Strategy, a firm he established in 2023 to partner with business leaders on strategic clarity and execution. His expertise encompasses corporate strategy, growth strategy, operating model design, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and operations & supply chain strategy.

Prior to founding HighRidge Strategy, Cox co-founded Pinkston Strategy, where he served from June 2021 to November 2023.
