Colin Allred is an American politician, civil rights lawyer, and former professional football player. He served as the U.S.

Representative for Texas's 32nd congressional district from 2019 to 2025. A Democrat, Allred defeated incumbent Pete Sessions in 2018 and was re-elected in 2020 and 2022. After an unsuccessful challenge for the U.

S. Senate in 2024, he announced a challenge for the 2026 U.S.

Senate election before withdrawing to run for the U.S.
