Biography

Claude Bruderlein is a faculty researcher and instructor on frontline negotiation at Harvard University, where his research explores the application of digital technology and artificial intelligence to support frontline negotiators. In 2023, he co-founded Frontline Associates, a community dedicated to enhancing and disseminating best practices in complex frontline negotiation. He holds teaching appointments at both the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and Harvard T.
