Clare Lombardelli is a British economist who will serve as Deputy Governor for Monetary Policy of the Bank of England from July 1, 2024, and as a member of its nine-member Monetary Policy Committee (MPC). Since May 2023, she has been the chief economist at the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development).
Lombardelli began her career at the Bank of England before moving to HM Treasury.
