Claire Coutinho, born on July 8, 1985, is a British politician. She currently holds the positions of Shadow Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero and Shadow Minister for Equalities.

Coutinho is a Member of Parliament for East Surrey. Prior to her political career, she worked as an investment banker.
