Christen Brandt is an organizational builder and impact architect who designs systems, structures, and strategies to help organizations and individuals achieve lasting change. She currently serves as the Operations Lead at Renaissance Philanthropy, a role she began in 2024, where she focuses on increasing the ambition of philanthropists, scientists, and innovators. Since 2019, she has also been the Founder and Director of Align, an advisory firm.
