Chuka Umunna is a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan, where he holds the positions of Global Head of Corporate Governance & Sustainable Solutions and EMEA Head of Green Economy Investment Banking.

As a member of the leadership team for J.P. Morgan's Global Advisory and M&A business, he leads a team that advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including corporate governance, executive compensation, proxy advisory, sustainability and transition strategies, and stakeholder management.
