Chuck Rocha is an American political consultant and Democratic Party strategist, known for his expertise on the Latino vote. He began his political career in East Texas at United Rubber Workers Local 746, becoming its youngest officer by age 22. At 29, he was hired as the youngest and first person of color to serve as the National Political Director of the United Steelworkers of America.
