Chryssi Giannitsarou is a Professor of Macroeconomics and Finance. She holds academic positions as a Fellow at King's College, Cambridge, and Churchill College, University of Cambridge.

Prior to her current academic roles, Giannitsarou worked as an Economist at the Bank of England. Her educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics, a Master of Science (MS) in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics.
