Chris Rhine serves as a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Galaxy, where he is the Head of Liquid Active Strategies. In this role, he oversees Galaxy Asset Management's liquid active crypto and emerging technology strategies. He is also responsible for the FTX liquidation mandate and manages the State Street sub-advised active ETFs, which include HECO, DECO, and TEKX.
