Christopher Hernandez-Roy is a senior fellow and deputy director of the Americas Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington D.C. His research focuses on democratic backsliding, transnational organized crime, geopolitics, and economic and national security issues within the Western Hemisphere.
Prior to his role at CSIS, Hernandez-Roy held senior leadership positions at the Organization of American States (OAS).
