Christophe De Vusser is the Worldwide Managing Partner, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Bain & Company. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the firm’s global strategy and operations, while also maintaining Bain’s culture. Prior to his current position, De Vusser led Bain’s EMEA Private Equity practice and served as the managing partner of Bain’s Brussels office.
De Vusser joined Bain in 2000 and has accumulated over 20 years of experience at the firm.
