Christina Tosi is the founder and creative mastermind behind Milk Bar. She also serves as its CEO and is co-owner with Momofuku.

A classically trained pastry chef, Tosi began her career working for fine-dining chefs including David Bouley, Caesar Ramirez, Thomas Keller, Wylie Dufresne, and Alex Stupak. She founded the dessert program at Momofuku before building her own culinary empire.

Tosi opened Milk Bar's doors in 2008. The New York Times described her as a "border crossing pastry chef.
