Chris Sharp is the Chief Technology Officer at Digital Realty, where he is responsible for shaping strategy at the intersection of infrastructure and emerging technologies, including AI and quantum computing. Over the past decade, he has led the design and operation of more than 3 gigawatts of data center capacity.

Earlier in his career, Sharp pioneered the relevance of colocation to cloud by building the first private on-ramp between a major financial institution and a leading hyperscaler.
