Biography

Chris Kempczinski is the Chairman and CEO of McDonald’s Corporation. He became CEO in 2019 and assumed the role of Chairman of the Board in 2024. Under his leadership, he has focused on transforming customer engagement and cementing McDonald’s position as a leading consumer brand. Kempczinski is responsible for the company’s growth strategy, Accelerating the Arches, which aims to drive innovation across the McDonald’s System, encompassing franchisees, global suppliers, and employees.
